Useful guidelines in case of access/authentication problems

Occasionally, individual computer settings (such as firewalls) can hinder proper forwarding and recognition on SpringerLink. If you experience this issue, please try accessing the site from your personal computer rather than a work-issued device, or use a different browser.

Please be aware that access problems may arise if you have installed antivirus software (such as Norton, Avira, Kaspersky, Symantec, etc.) on your computer, as this software may block communication. In such cases, kindly disable the HTTP referrer blocker to ensure proper communication with the Conference website at https://www.ictg2024.com.au and SpringerLink at https://link.springer.com.

Additionally, please note that IP recognition on SpringerLink takes precedence over other login methods. If you are testing access within your corporate network (such as at a university or institution), we recommend trying to access the site from an external network (using your personal computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone).

It is also helpful to clear your browser cache and deleting set cookies.
